Escape from Myanmar: And the Tragedy of a Fragile Democracy

In this episode of The Focus, we speak with Burmese journalist-in-exile Mratt Kyaw Thu. Mratt escaped from Myanmar in the aftermath of the Burmese military coup that unseated leader Ang San Suu Kyi in February of this year. We ask Mratt about his travails and the problems within his long-troubled & often-overlooked country.
